Elite entry is now up to 74 men and 38 women. Looks like a competition not to be missed...

My guess is 3240, as I think some people see it as a challenge to see how late they can scrape in by.
Incidentally, Tay 2009 had 3072 at this point in time.

1 minor problem with the entry system is you have to enter the same course for all 6 days. After my bloke's 2hour plus long orange at Culbin he decided to have another go and I've just pre-entered him for a couple of days of long orange. He also wanted to have a go at light green later in the week when he hopefully had got the hang of it a bit. Fabian 4 doesn't allow this so it'll be EOD.
The turnout is great. The roads (and carparks) will be busy.

Fabian4 plans to allow entry in different classes on different days of a multi-day in future. For now it has to be done manually by Adrian (but it's possible).

"Official" advice was to enter twice, but once you're in you can't change the odd day. I was thinking of having a go at the Creag Mhic classic day but it was all a bit faffy and my eyes probably aren't up to doing elite anyway.
Coming soon
