Has anybody received their agenda and reports yet?
We should have received them at least two weeks prior to the meeting on 28th May 2011.
This doesn't give us much time to get our proxy votes in.

Re: SOA AGM 2011
The document was prepared in good time (about 11 days ago) but I was informed there was some distribution issues. Glad you have received yours.

So it was ready on the 8th... 20 days before the AGM date... was the material distributed in time for the AGM to legally happen?

Re: SOA AGM 2011
I heard that the editor had produced the magazine and the printer had printed them all but there was a big delay getting the labels from BOF - but that is just hearsay, earwigging on a conversation last weekend - I am sure Doug can confirm or deny.

Re: SOA AGM 2011
Gonzo - Yes there was an issue with the order for labels, through BOF, not being processed.
I apologise for the delay and I hope that it doesn't have an effect on anyone being able to get their proxy vote in.

Slightly mixed up version on the SOA website. Not sure why my free pdf writer decided to order pages like this (I use Cutepdf) so other suggestions welcome.

You have printed it using the booklet setting. I also note the two errors are still on the proxy form.Freefall wrote:Slightly mixed up version on the SOA website. Not sure why my free pdf writer decided to order pages like this (I use Cutepdf) so other suggestions welcome.
