Re: Springtime in Shropshire
Whew - well I dare say that SinS 2013 wasn't perfect, but it was pretty damned close. So good in fact that I pity anyone who wasn't there. Four good areas and four excellent courses - shame I didn't really do them justice. The only quibble I have, and I mention this because someone mentioned how well children were catered for - was the white/yellow starts being with all the other starts at Hopton. Neither Catherine nor I could face the long climb.

There are Routegadgets for Ludlow and Hopton online here. I expect the others will follow soon...

Re: Springtime in Shropshire
Adrian, I agree about the Hopton start for White/Yellow - luckily I wasn't running, so could afford to spend 50 minutes getting my two to the top of the hill. It was a nice White course once you got there! It does look from the comments as if the plans for Hopton were severely disrupted - must have been difficult for the planner to find a solution.
What I was really referring to was the Open start for the second parent and also the clear instructions in the Final Details for Split Starts - how far between Finish/Start, for example. Also the coloured wristbands for each day of the String course were fun.
