Theres a really good thread on the last SOL at Auchingarrich, which you would hope the planner/controller of this event are aware of and have taken account of, in particular with regard to the TD1-4 courses whis time.

Re: Scottish Championships 2011
I understand there was a problem with the Junior Courses, but I thought the last SOL at Auchengarrich was brilliant fun! Even if I was beaten by a southern softie

Will? We've got proper fire now!

Have the storms had any effect on the terrain? Plenty of trees down in nearby Auchterarder today and yesterday.
Is there a symbol for an upended tree?

There certainly is for one end of it, a Rootstock

The rest can be a green hash.

Controller wrote:Controllers’ Comments on Gale Damage on 23rd May:
The gales of Tuesday have caused some damage to the forest but thankfully, in the majority of the area, this is mainly limited to random single trees being blown down and larger branches being broken. This will have no major impact on runnability though you may have to find your way around the occasional fallen tree. The exception to this is the Mill of Fortune area on the north of the map visited by Courses 1,2,4,8 and 9. There is more significant windblow on the main ridge in the Mill of Fortune area but the visibility in this area is good and it will be easy to find ways round the worst affected areas. We do not expect any impact on the fairness of the planned courses.
