Our ice cream supplier has created an ice cream just for the event Croeso Crunch - which is caramel ice cream with honeycomb and crunched nuts in.

The lack of buses between the event centre and events is a real weakness of UK multi-day events compared to many of those abroad. Not only do they reduce the amount of traffic on what are often minor roads, but it makes it much easier to travel to the event by public transport.
I much prefer the approach used at the Czech 5 last summer - everyone had to use the official buses. If you weren't staying at the event centre you needed to drive there first rather than drive directly to the event. It also means that more people can enjoy the beer tent without having to worry about drink-driving.
