it's a cunning plan to make sure that the m21's have a chance of beating you this year
The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.

Was looking at the start list last night and it occurred to me that it is probably the right thing for M20E to be in a block.
With a 1 min start interval and a technical area there is a possibility that there'll be plenty of bunching. Better you bunch with your rivals than people getting tow from a top M21, who might pull them round to a better result.
Also I wouldn't want you towing any M21 round to beat me by a second either
And if your leg is that bad, think seriously about getting some remedial deep tissue massage.
I gave myself a killer dead leg in 98, didn't run for 5 weeks, missed world cups etc etc. But in the long run it weakened my left leg and led to hamstring trouble in 2000, which knackered my world cup season again, and then back trouble in 2001, which I only managed to get sorted last autumn.
So get it sorted early mate.
Deep tissue massage - bloody hurts, but it bloody works !

name your price
Note though that when you race there can be no excuses.
If you throw down the gauntlet, any and all handicaps become in-admissible.
Same applies to me, all the jobbie I've had in the last 3 weeks gets left on the start line.

come into this one a bit late, but the start lists are jobby. everyone knows how good GG is, look at his past results in the British Sprint's. Its WOC test, so why is one of our best athletes being given a disadvantage...
and someone will probably come up with the "it doesnt matter when you start its what you do in the forest" reply... thats true, yes, but when you start later you can do better in the forest.

how about.....
sometimes you gotta take the rough with the smooth.
its not ideal, but you deal with it.
Think of it as preparation for the real world of Internationals
Where maybe you have to start early cos you're not the best person around anymore
- at least for the time being.
gg - my legs and eye are considering your offer.
