Generally you do need your username and password in order to log in to websites..
seems to be fine to me.

Re: BOF website
Had had no problems this morning then read this thread, tried to log on and it asked for a password. It's playing up. I presume someone will fix it soon.
Also the website normally remembers my login and password for me which it isn't doing today.

Re: BOF website
We were originally sent our logon passwords months before the site got up and running. Consequently by the time there might have been a use for it I had long forgotten it. In common with the majoroty I suspect, I simply don't log on - the website gives me what I know I need, and whatever else well to me it's a mystery.
For what I do the site is working normally.

Re: BOF website
Echo EddieH comments and add that the font used for the password did not allow clear distinction between the number 1, the letter l and a few other letters/symbols. Requesting password confirmation got nowhere.
Result is I haven't logged in.

Re: BOF website
I've checked a couple of times and seems to be working - never bother logging on as I have no idea what my password in - mind you the real reason I had a couple of looks was because that picture of the JWOC team makes me smile - the boys look like a bunch of hi tech shoe plattler dancers and everyone looks like they are being blown by a strong wind from the left. I much preferred the pre-banquet one (not the cross dressing one)

Yes ~ all seems to be working for me.
But.... it seems to be different ( in fact better) when you log in as I no longer get the Panel telling me I have no BOF mail messages.
Not a great loss ~ I don't think anyone ever asked for it and I have never used it other than when I was trying to find out how it worked. I in fact found it unuseable. Quite happy that Email suffices.
Looks to me the facility has been withdrawn. Horay ~ pure baggage.
BOF do however drip feed changes unannounced ~ another facet of their communications problem. You just have to keep looking to see what changes.
If you do remember your BOF password and manage to log on you can ( well ? could) change you password to something you might remember.

The point is that it wasn't possible to do this until several months after initially being sent the password, by which time it was long forgotten.
