well done everyone - but i'm surprised the selections have been announced so soon - i was under the impression that there was some correlation between the FCC results and the selections - i don;t think the FCC has finished yet - or is it because there is no final this year.

Kris and Ralph both up for fitness testing - what are they doing to them up in Sheffield

They always said selections would be announced this week. There is no FCC final this year and therefore doesn't really have anything to do with selections. ..the races were Touch, Trossacks, JK and British Middle.
