Harvester Publicity Manager to help/liase with organising club would be good.
I can think that a March date for the Harvester will attract Scandinavians and central Europeans whose forests are generally under snow. Use our mild climate to our advantage

March!!!!
errr... don't we want to attract some British entries too??
and thank you for the explanation of Farsta's club closed status. I reckon I was right to ask - the club's used for the Sunday event made it all look very dubious.

I guess March might put off some campers? How about some marquee heaters and free cups of soup?
Alternatively how about Sept/Oct? Seems to be less regional events around then and much warmer than March. It would also work with the name ... autumn = harvesting = harvesters.

No to Sept/Oct. Vegitation is far more of an issue for Night O. I would not object to March it would make a good climax to the Night O season.
