[Posting this here on the basis that nobody scrolls all the way down the the UKRL forum these days.]
I have updated the UK Relay League webpage with the results from the JK Relays. Note that, as per the previous announcement, M120+ teams were eligible to score points, and the top four (SYO 3 & 4, EPOC and BOK 2) managed to do so. Any other corrections are more than welcome - sjcollier@gmail.com

Re: UK Relay League 2010
The League has now been updated after the British Relays today: http://www.ukrelayleague.org.uk. Please let me know if you spot any mistakes - sjcollier@gmail.com
ShUOC have extended their lead over SYO in the Men's League, and they can wrap things up by winning the Harvester next weekend (or by finishing in the top three if SYO aren't planning to go to the Scottish). INT aren't entered at the Harvester, but depending on SYO's performance they may still stand a chance moving into second at the Scottish Relays later this month.
In the Women's League SYO and EUOC are joint first, well clear of ESOC in third. EUOC aren't going to the Harvester, and it isn't clear from Fabian4 whether SYO have a women's Harvester team or not - if they do, they will have a chance to seize the initiative next weekend ahead of the Scottish.

Re: UK Relay League 2010
Now that the problems with the Harvester results have been resolved I have updated the UK Relay League scores: http://www.ukrelayleague.org.uk. As usual, please let me know if you spot any mistakes - sjcollier@gmail.com
ShUOC now have an unassailable lead in the Men's League, having won all three rounds so far, while SYO's fifth place at the Harvester has allowed FVO and NOC to close the gap on them in second. In the Women's, SLOW have taken the lead after their victory at the Harvester, although they are helped by currently being the only women's team with scores from three events.
A lot depends on who enters the final round at the Scottish Relays later this month, so I'll try to provide a full preview of who-needs-to-do-what after entries close on 23 May.

Re: UK Relay League 2010
Would anyone (maybe Spookster as he's browsing at present) care to explain why the SYO "International" team is being treated as competitive at the Harvester, given that it was made up of 4 real SYO and 3 of Ravinous's mates from Sweden?

That's easy - they all joined SYO before the weekend. Living in Sheffield isn't a requirement in order to be a "real" member!

Re: UK Relay League 2010
SYO had the good sense to seek clarification of the rules before they entered the event, and acted completely in accordance with them. Not only did the Swedes join SYO - they even joined BOF (as SYO members) in advance of the event. I requested and verified their BOF numbers before I updated the scores.

Re: UK Relay League 2010
I guess that will depend on whether they enjoyed the Harvester so much that they want to come back again next year

Re: UK Relay League 2010
I'm well pleased that the regular BOF members of SHUOC won then. I'd be pleased anyway but playing the system is not popular, I'm sure the MP's were playing the system with their expenses and that wasn't popular either
Yes I'm a boring old conventional F**t. I think this attitude is just not British or true blue

Re: UK Relay League 2010
Well, the Swedes seem quite happy for Brits to go and run for Swedish clubs in their big overnight relay, so it would seem a bit rude to forbid them from doing the same thing over here .
Before anybody feels the need to point it out, I'm aware that TuMe and KOK aren't Swedish.

In one breath people are bemoaning the reduced number of teams running at the Harvester, and then in the next you don't want us to run
As Scott says, the Scandinavians have no problem with us running for them, so why this attitude if they run for a British Club.
For me, the more the merrier, and the more International runners we can attract the better, gives a potentially higher class of competition.
With the reduced attendance, I'm tempted to advocate opening it up to Ad-Hoc teams if it would increase participation. To have a UK TiaMila or Jukola would be fantastic. The attitude quoted above certainly would not be in the spirit of developing this

I think Hoco must be teasing - I don't think she objected when Beata ran for us in the Yvette Baker final
Presumable a foreign team like Farsta can enter the Harvester - I wonder if much marketing goes on abroad or whether it might be worth thinking about. Perhaps that is something Ravinous might be able to offer some advice on. British clubs often get e-mail invitations from abroad - would it be possible to obtain a mailing list for Scandinavian/European clubs I wonder - anyone know?
