Well the elites did have a very short run in yesterday -how will you factor that in?
Dan did 15 secs today and thinks he could be beaten as it was too short to really get going
Lester also beat Madmike by 2 secs so your right the training is working lets hope it doesn't wear off as the week goes on

No, there were quite a few others who did the same. See the Roll of Honour.
