Presumably those are the times from the lightgate at the start.

Final races: the competitors are allowed to start within +/-5 seconds of their allocated start time. If a competitor starts after this time window, their originally allocated start time is used. If anyone starts more than 5 seconds prior to the allocated start time, they will be disqualified.

And who need to go to Scandanavia (or even Scotland) to become world champion when you can do a NGOC Galoppen at Parkend and a Midland Champs Bramble fest in the preceeding March just like Bertuks!!

WOC was using a start gate - like skiing. Costs a fortune and pointless as times all corrected to nearest second. Only needed for Sprint where 0.1 seconds used.

Helen was 23rd in long last year and Rachel has been in top 20 so not Bs but both pretty satisfied. Helen ran solidly after por route to number 1 which cost a minute. Rachel was pretty well error free.

Interesting to see if team sticks with original relay selections. Cat's ankle still not great I am told. I am sure nothing will be decided until after the Long Final. Lots of possibilities.
