6-Days run in competition

In that case my mum (W80) is fairly likely to win unless of course Jean Velecky counts - with no opposition all she has to do is the run-in on 5 days

i forgot alcohol was a drug, there was me thinking it was a drink... cancel that rule, drugs are fine.

How about separate competitions for clean and drug enhanced (hungover) athletes? Since I am staying on the quiet campsite I will be partaking in the clean competition

That may well be, but we don't want orienteering turning into a professional sport, eh?

If they do make money from it then that is wrong... orienteering is NOT a professional sport, and should never become one.

I give Hushovd respect for that breakaway, and as it turns out, he probably will have enough points to win green without putting in that protest. He's still a tw*t for putting it in in the first place though.

Cav stated that his aim was to win 1 stage and get to Paris. Barring disaster he'll do that. Mind you, he said he was only using Milan-Sanremo as practice for when he was stronger in the future, he then admitted it was a way to take the pressure of him if no-one thought he was a contender. On that note, I shall not be contending the 6-days run-in comp, merely preparing for Oban 2011...

You could leave it for the first couple of days and see how it's going before you decide whether to tell him
