not really, Vidalos, as you say yourself, it depends on familiarity with the system, and it's probably true to say that familiarity in Emit can be a bad thing if runners think they can avoid punching in the way the system was designed, to try to speed up the punch process. As Distracted has noted, if you place the card in the control correctly using EMIT, it will have registered and control flow does not feel broken. After all, if you have taken one minute, two minutes or 15 minutes to reach a control, why not take the trouble to punch correctly? Want to save time? navigate better, then run faster.
