I'd hoped to take some at my drinks control on the long course but it was all a bit too frantic - txting back splits to Jon X between filling up cups etc. Apologies for being on the way into the control for most of the blokes btw - by the time I realised which direction you were coming from it was too late to move!

It was a pleasure to see everyone flying through the forest. I agree with Graeme's comment - the times on the long were awesome! Best of luck to all who head off to the Ukraine.

RouteGadget is now up and running on the FVO website for all three events (after much colourful language and mashing of keyboard).

Make your way to http://www.fvo.org.uk and then pick "FVO's RouteGadget" from the menu down the left-hand side.

Let's see some routes!
