Aren't we meant to go via Mornington Crescent?

It is normal to finish at Mornington Crescent in ISIHAC
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg

Sadly for all ISIHAC lovers, Mornington Crescent will be closed on the race weekend.

Yes, but have cancelled entries.
Sorry to hear that - was looking forward to getting your feedback on my courses.

Haven't been before and wondering what sort of times a late start would be. We are wondering whether we can go to the campsite first which lets you arrive at 12.00. Otherwise anyone know where you can park a campervan safely and catch a tube in from the outskirts?

Last starts are 12:30 so probably not enough time. What direction are you coming in from, and will try suggest somewhere to park.

would suggest Richmond or Chiswick, then you can hop on the district line straight to Temple. Someone may know better than me though - will ask about the club.

There are tfl car parks at Debden tube station and Loughton tube station: at the North and South ends of Loughton on the Central line. The cost is £1.50 on a Saturday (N.B. Sainsbury's car park next to Loughton tube costs more). You may want to call and check it's OK to park a campervan (I've never had one so know nothing about turning spaces needed, size of parking space needed etc...). Otherwise, I live in Loughton, a 10 min walk to Loughton station and you are welcome to park on our drive - though we are on a small cul-de-sac on top of a hill.

Please note this is for the Southern Champs. Entries for the City Race will still close *this Sunday* (9th.) The Men's Elite and Men's Super Vets courses are just about full, although we will be able to take entries for these ones until the closing date unless there's a big surge.
Stop talking, start running.

An update on parking at Debden and Loughton tube stations (both on the Central Line and not far from Debden House Campsite): there are height barriers at the entrance - limit is 6 foot 3 inches.
