Junior Course:
"For safety reasons all M/W14 or younger competitors must enter the Junior race.
Their course for the Final will be planned such that it does not cross the main campus road.
The Junior course will be shorter than the Men's and Women's courses,
but use the same control sites with just less complex route choices."

part of an old map

I doubt the playing fields will be used but the pavilion I assume is the event centre is the building by the start of that cross-country race

I'm guessing that for the Sprint it can really only be TD3 for the junior course, since even the senior courses are probabaly only TD3 too. "
Course F is a yellow standard.
On what basis do you guess that even the senior courses are 'only TD3' ?

The IOF guidelines tend towards Sprints being technically straightforward. That is ...
Technically easy controls
Difficult route choice requiring high concentration
Very high speed
Given this and looking at previous British and JK sprints as well as sprints at Warwick Uni- I'd expect this.

Re: british middle champs
Good urban sprint races don't really fit the TD system.
It's difficult to see how a campus can be anything but TD3, except for violating the "simple route choices" rule. Everything is on/near paths and big buildings act as catching features. Hopefully the planners won't confuse "hide-and-seek" or "advanced control description interpretation" with technical difficulty.

... and the Middle Race? this is what Porky Fat Boy originally asked about (Course F for M/W10/12) rather than the Sprint.
