Yeh it is a shame about Matt Crane, saw him at a fell race last night and he looked in pretty good shape to me as he finished 3rd, let's hope he gets there next year!

Though i hear he wasn't in that good shape after... the medics had to pick a tonne of gravel out of his knees and elbows as he flat-packed-it on the first bend....

just been looking through the selections for the WOC and the WOC 2006/2007 tours. It seems interesting that Jo Stevenson has not been selected for any of the tours after having two top 8 performances in the selections races.

then again my sis, did well to get selected as a non-travelling reserve for this year's WOC. We shall see if she still gets to go.

Craney was fine after the race. The tumble sounded quite funny, all i heard from behind was 'you tit'. He ran well though. Not happy about selections, but he's putting his fitness to good use on the Fells: 3rd at Hope; 1st Peakers Stroll; 2nd at Hathersage. And no doubt a win at Black Rocks tonight...
