Ely is not currently classified as "Urban" - but this may be a mistake!

Since it is described as Ely City Race I think it is an urban race. We'll get the URBAN added.

For historical reasons that I am not sure about the line for SEOUL does go at rather an odd angle
Does it not come within West Midlands Urban League in which case that will be Allan Williams I do not have an email for him but imagine someone else can help out there

Yes it will be in the WMUL. It is also in the mix for the UKUL.
Curiously, for the regional championships, or whatever they're called, EAOA is in the Midlands, with the EMOA and WMOA, i.e an East to West stripe.
The last time I spotted the Midlands Night Championships, that stripe also included Wales.
Perhaps it'd be a good idea for us to follow the South's example and have a Midlands (rather than West Mids) Urban League.
