Disappointed there's only one long leg on the women's course - not very Norwegian!

Looks like a really solid result for Lucy on some tough scandi terrains - a big well done to her-seems to be pretty adaptable in her technique - all credit to her.

Absolutely excellent result from Hector-4 mins off the lead in such a tough race and strong Scandinavian field. Shame he's only 10th after such a performance - shows how much stronger the men's field is.
