Round 1 hasn't finished yet though, maybe that's why? I've still got my 3 best players (I hope) to play this evening...

Oh dear I seem to have slumped badly
I don't actually understands how this works - why didn't any of my players on the bench get pulled in to replace the non-players?

Re: World cup Fantasy Football
Mrs H, it's not as simple as our usual Fantasy Football league, the transfers need to be done manually. The rules say:
It's still early days in the competition (unless you are Spanish).
I hope your fortunes improve........
You can change every player in your line-up that has already played during the current round for any other relevant player in your squad that hasn’t already played. You can also change the captain as long as the new captain hasn’t already started to play.

Re: World cup Fantasy Football
We seem to be in round 2 of the competition, so I guess that means I completely missed the opportunity to make some squad transfers...
From a current last place in the league, at least things can only get better.

Well I hope you get points for goals, I've got Luiz and Rodriguez who both scored tonight!
To oblivion and beyond....

I note that, as Nopesport Orienteers league administrator, I have the words 'Kick out!' against all other players.

Re: World cup Fantasy Football
I'm going for "best improver" prize. From rock bottom 16th after the early matches, to 8th in the league so far...
About to substitute some players that scored points last night though. Might regret doing that after tonight's results.

Yes I only had one player yesterday and I've sent him back to the bench in hope someone will do better but the trouble is I've got several dead men there trying to conserve my funds for the first team. Bring on Germany!

Right then, none of my three Germans have got the flu, and all of them are in the starting 11 for the match. Come on boys, score me some points!!
