I've got 2 lap tops and an iPad on the go. It's brill! Grace is doing really well. Poor old Novikova walking back having failed to find second control. Fantastic stuff. Almost everyone is making big mistakes

It's not entirely bug-free yet, but it is a massive improvement on earlier in the week. Here's hoping it (or something similar) becomes available for other events to license, to avoid any more reinventing of the wheel...

Yeah - you dont need to keep jumping between diffierent controls - much better.
Some fo the start times seem to be revised by a couple of seconds - do they do some sort of light beam or something?

Re: WOC Middle Final
why is the gps coverage so crap! only getting updates every few minutes
re: the radio control web app: I wouldn't want to see that become so readily available, it's not hard to write that kind of app. What is harder is getting the data in the right place and that changes depending on your commentary sofwtare/web server etc etc. Loads of ways of doing it.
(the pwt radio controls page, which was pretty crappy, didn't take more than a couple of hours to write)

Not guessing but should the lady have gone double-barrelled with her maiden name first?
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg

Re: WOC Middle Final
My radio splits has been stuck for 35 mins or so - refreshing etc doesn't change it.
Hollie got away from Soes at #8. Soes must have missed it by only a few metres on the 1st try.
