Just a shame about the "efficient" Swiss organisers only discovering on the morning of the second qualification race that their buses could not pass on the road between the town and the race site! Result -starts delayed for everyone and a highly stressful wait and trip up for most competitors, as well as post race plans screwed up by the delay.

Whilst I agree Jon that that was rather symptomatic of WMOC this year, to be fair the organisers had exceptional bad luck on that day. Quite unpredictably, I believe I am reliably informed, the level crossing was closed for half an hour meaning that nothing could move in all that time whilst waiting numbers kept on growing.
