I concur with you Tatty. I thought I'd never want to be seen running round towns and cities but now I love it and couldn't care less about looking a fool 

Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.

I agree totally with this comment. It is part of the reason that the only events I've done since the summer have been urban events, even though the optimum terrain for my orienteering skills is probably technically challenging, light green forest, i.e. the total opposite of urban terrain.
