Yep, and Sarah also a great run, safely through. Looks like Helen has lost a lot of time, and won't qualify. Can still get 5 out of 6 through, if Rach and Oli run well. They've just started...

Looking at the splits then the 3rd-last control on that heat caught a lot of people out (Oli included) - apart from that it seems that he had quite a few 10-15 second misses.
Missing by 1 second is pretty gutting - hopefully he'll be able to focus his anger on the long final...
