GG the youngest ever winner (21?)?
Heather the oldest?
Who is gonna be in the team for the Europeans?
What is GG eating for breakfast?
What other questions can I ask to put off doing some revision?

Just in the door after a fantastic weekend.
Really enjoyed it all - even though i was just entry on the day. Some great areas.
Also thought the addition of the inaugrual JK Sprint was an exceptionally good idea. I have been to more than a few JKs and their training days, but have never really used them. This was fantastic. Something to do, but something to watch as well.
I am in the currently processing about 400 photos from the weekend, some good, some not so good, and some decidely strange. Will ensure they are passed to the appropriate authourities and used where they should be...
To all involved with JK 2006 - huge thanks, and well done.

Jet fuel? I was kinda hoping that he wouldn't break 90mins so I could blame my failure on the course being too tough, nevermind. It's a quality result and also well done to Oli.

Respect to Heather for 10 titles and to her decision to quit the elite and with Helen presumably out for the major competitions this year hopefully our other quality athletes will rise to the challenge and add to the medal action from last season - gl all.
I'm gonna keep it alive, and continue to be, flying like an eagle to my destiny.

Just want to thank everybody for their help today, when i injured myself. After spending 5 hrs at the hospital
it was decided that i have not broken the ankle, but most likely completely ripped all or some of the ligaments away from the ankle joint. I could not have an MRI cos the swelling is just way to much at the moment, but hope to in the next few days to find out more. I may then need surgery on it. Long story short, i wont be at European Champs and may even be stuffed for Worlds, but when i do come back, you will know it. Ive been thru jobby before, this will just be another good pub story in a few years:)

Superb photos Ben, IMHO the big two are each worthy of the front of a CompassSport issue.

I agree!... since two of them are of me. No seriously, they are excellent action shots. Hope I didn't soak your camera too much at that stream crossing. Duncan.

looking at the relay results, is there any way of easily finding out who was running in each team, as you would with one of the standard SI outputs? Or is this a limitation of Mike Napier's results system and you have to trawl through the splits to find out?

Why not send an e-mail to Michael asking for what you want - he might well oblige

Hard luck BJ - all the best with the recovery. In a way it's good that you screwed your ankle when you did cos you'd have ruined your whole body trying to stay with me
'twas on the way to 7 I believe. He went out to the field. I stayed in the forest. He jumped the fence. Snap. Suddenly I'm alone but a dark threat lurks behind. I run scared.
