Well that was exciting wasn't it - i'm not quite sure what the answer to my question was about why BOF took the decision not to tell us about the voting procedure until after we had voted - As i said to AWK at the time - the decision was at best patronising and at worse manipulative.
I am actually quite prepared to believe that the system works - and am indeed happy with the result - but I question the need to deliberate keep that system secret from us until afterwards
so much for transparency?
Did anyone else think the bloody microphone was not only unnecessary in such a small room but was also being used as some kind of "limiter" to stiffle debate - as there was no opportunity to point out the inadequacy of certain 'answers" to certain questions because the microphone had gone and the chairman refused to listen to any comments not addressed through that medium?

What I neglected to find out was who are the other 6 directors who just assume their positions?
The other 6 directors will be those members of the former Management Committee that did not stand down, i.e.
Neil Cameron (Chairman)
Peter Christopher (Vice Chair)
Lyn West (Vice Chair)
Jenny Peel (Treasurer)
Chris James (Councillor)
Roger Hargreaves (Councillor)
The first meeting of the new Board is scheduled for 16th April.
Martin Ward, SYO (Chair) & SPOOK.
