European orienteering events database?

Is there one? May have a week late August to take son off somewhere. Fancy somewher abroad but not further than western Europe for orienteering. Is there a website that has European orienteering info in English or am I stuck with trying to wade through French and Scandinavian websites and giving up?

I don't know anything specifically European, but have a look on http://cal.worldofo.com/, http://www.6prog.org/iof/wre_diary~.htm or http://www.mvoc.org/Events_Calendar.htm. Or if you have a particular country in mind, the national web site can be accessed from http://www.orienteering.org/i3/index.php?/iof2006/iof/member_federations/iof_member_federations.

Most major events have English information, although sometimes it can be a little difficult to spot, for example sometimes you have to click on a Union Jack icon. The exceptions with no English tend to be French and Scandinavian; even then an email to the organiser (in English) will usually produce a reply in the same language.
