Me
It's at Trakai.... about 16km outside of Vilnius so easy enough to reach from the City... Vilnius is about 100km from Ryanair base at Kaunas.
Terrain will be quite low visibility and bushy with some steep hills

thanks Gross. Yes I am going out on the thursday and flying home on the monday from Liverpool to Kaunas. Dont know if these are your flights? Will you be staying at the event camp site? PM if you would maybe like to meet up or something. Or maybe we will meet there anyway? Do you know how many people will be attending the event?

Takas should have around 600 people. It's a 3 day event rather tan 5 days and slightly earlier than normal. Don;t think I'll book any flights though.... might just drive!

well flights at the moment are £130 from Liverpool - Kaunas Return. Maybe you can beat that but it seems good to me. If I had booked 2months ago they would have been £45 return. damm it.

Gross is winding you up - I think you are missing the fact that he actually LIVES in Vilnius so driving would be a rather good option for him !!

Gross, Do you know how long it will take to get from the event centre to the event each day?

Normally not very long, Not really looked yet:) But no prpblem hitching a lift if you don't have transport. Best way to get to Trakai from Kaunas is the airport bus to Vilnius & then to Trakai.... but if timings are OK it should be possible to fix a lift from Vilnius to event for you... remind me nearer the time:)
