JK Trail-O Helpers needed!!!

Dear All,
The JK Trail-O organizer is having some trouble with finding helpers that are willing to guard SI stations in the mornings (between course setting and competition start) and some that are also physically strong enough to push a wheelchair through muddy sections and on some (not too steep) uphills. Helping at the Trail-O would of course not affect your ability to run the JK Foot-O, competition areas are close together, lifts could be arranged and you would get a free precision orienteering training on top of your run in the fine southeastern forests.
