Hi, i am going to be going to zambia in the summer with a local organisation called the Borders Exploration Group. Every two years they take a group of around twenty five youngsters (all around 17ish) away on an expedition to a developing country to carry out charity/community work and help with scientific/environmental projects as well as learning about their culture and way of live etc.
Like i said we are travelling to zambia this summer. And will be away for five weeks. We have projetcs lined up to help build much needed school buildings for a charity working with orphans in the south of zambia. As well as the setting up of a wild life park.
However we have a problem in that the group has been unable to source and doctors to go with us.They usually take two doctors on each expedition. We have tried many sources and have been unable to find any one able to go. We are looking for someone that is able to give up five weeks in the summer leaving on the 4th of July.
We understand that this is a very big commitment. However if you do know of any doctor/nurse/paramedic that would be able to go then please get in touch by PMing me. We are really do need someone as if we cant find anyone the trip will not go ahead.
Thankyou for taking the time to read this as i know it is a bit long.
