Since this does seem to be an event which orienteers are interested in, it's presumably not totally OT (even if it's shameless self-promotion ) to suggest you set your videos for Channel 4 at 7:55 tomorrow morning to see what it's all about.

For those who forget to set their recorders (like me), the Adrenalin Rush programme featuring the Edinburgh Rat Race is repeated at 3.50am on Thurs morning on C4.

Better try and set my video for the repeat. As there followed up for what seamed like ages on the bike, they better of used some of the footage...

your voice was sure shown off, then mark and cas left you behind, just before the pentlands and you had to do a spot of shouting! very funny,

i wasn't too impressed with the coverage our cocckup got though!! but then they were impressed with my banana wall finish!

If you were lacking coverage Chris my guess is that you managed to come from so far back in the field in such a quick way that you caught them out and they never had a chance to catch you up.

I don't suppost they had Kitch's solo wall effort, I was sorry I had missed it after havinmg read about it here.
