Helen Bridle interview

If you haven't read Helen's interview (link of the nopesport from page) then i can highly reccomend it.

for all you ambitious youngsters there are some words of wisdom there.

i think a bit more recognition is due to helen for what she has achieved this year! its the result of many years of dedication to orienteering - moving out to sweden, and battling through some really tough times to finally make a big breakthrough this year. I think it would be fair to say that she has had her doubters in the past, and it's a tremendous credit to her that she has stuck it out and proved them wrong.

Agree with you Bendover. Met Helen at WOC had only ever heard of her before and she was super and very encouraging to the juniors. In fact it was great to meet the GB team at WOC and talk to them it really united the support. You were really cheering for a person not just a name, and you got an insight into the team spirit in the GB camp.

Well done to Helen on all the performances and to the rest of the team.
