yeah - congratulations Sleepmonsters.

i had the pleasure of following them around the Lowry for an hour.
Can i just say, after five hours of competing, you would expect them to be jogging between tasks. NOT THE CASE!!

i was running flat out just to keep up with them!
true, i am not particularly fit, but still....

The Zip slide looked good - a nice finish, although i chickened out. sorry Bruce, just too scary for a pansy like me....

It was a good weekend, nice course no real issues with the map or rought descriptions. The all female teams were not so happy about the barbers shop control though. Good not to be out the full 3 hours on Saturday.

Thanks for putting Manchester Rat Race report on Nopesport. Not sure if Sleepmonsters will allow you to post a link to your report - they removed my post on Hebridean Challenge forum about my report on Planet Fear - but worth a try? Surely good if adventure racers are introduced to orienteering?
