The Duncan at Balmoral 5km
Just seen Balmoral 5km on Sky sports 3 with winner Bruce Duncan. No mention of orienteering, they did say that 'he didn't look like a regular runner, with his baggy shorts and long sleved tshirt'!! but he did destroy the rest of the field! Interviewed him afterwards too.

it was only the team challange 5km, so only fat corporate types really, just got told this morning that i was on tv last night, its on again tonight so i'm told too.
it was a good wee training run, and warmed me up for the ride home to aberdeen afterwards, about 80km of headwind!!!
not going to be running like that for the next few days though, stacked it while i was biking in the lakes yesterday, rocks 1, bruce 0

aye, i hear you have had a wee disagreement too!!
i'm ok, just can't walk too well, the puncture at the start, and lack of navigational ability was also a bit of a bummer yesterday, then on top of that a 12hr race the previous week isn't too hot for the legs.
och well its all good training, and i did beat Janine (thanks brooner!!!)
