An extremely enjoyable event - maybe not the technical demands of Whinlatter, but in the circumstances a more than adequate alternative. Premarked maps, SI punching, a very pleasant wood in prime condition, and perfect running weather....and it cost just £9.50 for the entire family (of three). Little wonder participation at district events is on the rise and stumbling a bit at other levels (or so I understand). Thanks NOC for a great morning out.
