Dalbeattie regional event

It occurred to me last night that in adding my negative bit about the Dalbeattie race I completed failed to post something positive about the SEDS day on Saturday organised by Helen Palmer with a relay focus. Geek O intervals in the morning (which I wasn't fit enough to do) - 3 minute intervals with an orienteering focus. This was followed by a presentation by Heather on the 'Halden' approach to relays. Then out into terrain to do some relay specific training. Absolutely fantastic day of O - really focused and the head to head racing (which we thought was gaffled) was an excellent session! Thanks to Helen for organising it!
