that is an amazing sprint race setting! Some of the passages he goes through you can't see until the last minute, and they look far bigger on the map than they do in reality - bet you could quite easily run past them!

er... yes distracted i can vouch for the fact that you had to be totally in control the whole way! switch off for 20 seconds and it was almost impossible to work out where you had run to in that time!
Hev had her worst World Cup result since 1994 (which is an incredible record, not outside the top 28 for 11 years!) she said at one point she had to literally re-trace her steps -which was the "last resort" she had provided when teaching re-location to some people the other week!
