South Central Score champs
Great event planned by W16, Anne Edwards. Loads of controls,37, so plenty for beginners and those more experienced had to really think to work out their route. Mistakes were certainly made in route choices and points lost. A great first plann by a top junior! Well done Anne. We liked the controllers comments about the bracken on the sheet given out at the event. In the end it wasn't as bad as I expected.

Thanks Tatty - it's great to have positive feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I really enjoyed planning the event. The splits and routes taken are very interesting - thanks to Jerry Newcombe for getting the results up so quickly!

Agree it was a well-planned course - with an even smattering of controls all over the area it was very hard to pick out the best route. I see that although several people got all the controls within the time limit - inevitable for an area of that small a size - that virtually no-one chose the same control order. Still not sure what the best route was, but it certainly wasnt mine!
