First of all, great to have Nopesport back - I missed you!

Radio 4 broadcast a strange little programme on Monday afternoon called Being Yourself. It's about what it's like to find other people with the same name as you and how it affects your sense of self.

Anyway, on Monday it was the Barnsley poet Ian McMillan, and one of the two people he goes to see is his orienteering namesake.

The slot with EPOC Ian is only about five minutes long, but he takes the chance to plug the sport while poet Ian rambles on...
