OK I've put 2 and 2 together and got 04h now. For anyone who's interested the live scoreboard at the World Cup was running from IOF XML and seemed fine (apparently) aside from the ampersand problem (which is a bug in OE).

Actually, this came to me today, we received credits in the final details due to the whole using our promotional material thing without asking our prior permission, nothing to do with computing services or anything like that.
