Anyone know which BOF staff attended WOC, excepting those working directly with the GB Team?

I'm not sure if you'd count freefall as BOF-staff. Otherwise the only BOF-employed person I saw was Paul McGreal. His effort, combined with the volunteers, was sufficient to keep the show running smoothly.
So my answer to your implied question is that the input from BOF staff to WOC was close to optimal. Paul has said much the same...
