I did the same calculation myself earlier today and came up with 2*24 + 17*30 = 558

Whether we use 2 or 3s for the guessing time is something to debate. However, the all-zeros guess time is something to compare a personal performance against.

Note that an experienced planner shouldn't over-do Zeroes on either PreO or TempO (in my opinion) and you must come to some sort of balance between difficulty of the stations and overall number of Zs.

Of course - it is the "Monkey Mark" (as they used to call it at school in a multi-choice if you got a lower score than a monkey randomly guessing answers).

I've seen guys do 7s for 3 problems at TCs so know it is possible to do 2s per problem without accidently turning over a map too quickly - the rules say you have to have turned over that map when you give the answer.

Put it this way, after the first 8 of us (positions 18-26) got to the post-event quarantine and we were comparing answers there was minimal correlation between the answers - it was really hard.
