More accurately it was suggested that the two Regional Development Officers worked together and put on an event for Inverness Caley Thistle and local TV in Inverness rather than Forres itself. Not unreasonable given that the former is their home city. The GB Squad raised concerns last year that it was seen as OK to put on events in WOC embargoed areas, even if it was "only" juniors.
