Congratulations to SOA who narrowly beat NWOA at the JIRCS weekend held in the Lakes over the weekend.

Individuals were held on Graythwaite (non embargoed area) and relays were on Dunes at Roanhead.

Weather was good on Saturday but from what I heard the bracken was a bit high in places, to be expected at this time of the year.

Many thanks to all helpers and a special mention to Sasha Chepelin and I think Michael Hallet who both stopped and lost time on their courses to help an injured runner with a dislocated shoulder. Sasha went on to a good win on M18.
