Any info on the location and start times for the JOK chasing sprint?
What sort of time would we need to get in to Aberdeen on the Friday in order to have a fighting chance of getting to the event on time?

Venue will be Birsemore, just south of Aboyne on Deeside, around 45-50 minutes west of Aberdeen. Old map here.
Times - prologue starts likely to be 12 noon 'til 1.30pm as last year, but might be able to push slightly later but being mindful of sunset times... Will confirm as soon as I've worked out the logistics.

Thanks that sounds perfect - we've booked flights that get in for 10.00 so should be able to make it for 12'ish.
Looking forwards to it!

As planner I'll put my head on the line and say that it will be a terrific chasing sprint. Prologue and chase very different in character but both very interesting and pretty runnable.

As a "veteran" of a few races on the Birsemore map (day and night) I can say that it will be a bonkers sprint venue... keep your wits about you!
Don't think I can get the time off work to make it along sadly.
