There seems to be a good appetite for Long-Os of one sort or another, either single day or two day races. WCOC are starting another Long-O to pair with their Copeland Chase event held in November, and calling it the Allerdale Chase. June 29. 16/12/8km courses with just a little bit of climb!!! (not!)
Details on http://www.wcoc.co.uk and entries via http://oentries.com with the novel approach of using the o-entries as a map booking service and then paying the entry on the day of the event. There won't be any spare maps.

Don't let the opportunity for a long-O pass you by. Keswick area at the end of the month!

Steve Birkinshaw has just passed through the map to be used next weekend! You can run next Sunday and maybe even visit five of the Wainwrights Steve has just done.
Well done Steve..... some epic. Hope to cheer him in on the final stretch this evening!
