Could England hold a WOC?

Rather like UKIP capercaillie has been encroaching on a number of areas so contingency plans are in place to move WOC 2015 to England. Though the Scottish 6 Days can take place as normal (beginning August) WOC would have to be doubled up with a suitable event. North Yorkshire and the White Rose would be particularly suitable, given the fine terrain and organisation. WOC would benefit from a large and enthusiastic crowd and the excellent campsite facilities and infrastructure.

Got to thinking if Scotland votes for independence, could England hold a future WOC?

Isn't it a tad short-sighted to think that the UK minus Scotland equals England? Aren't some other countries involved too?

I thought we were getting Wales?
