I see silva have announced a new set of thumb compasses:

I wonder if they'll see the light of day. I never saw any of the ones mentioned in this previous press release:

They certainly look smart, and good to see them re-introducing the rotating housing which some of us like the option of... but not sure I'll be prepared to fork out for one when the Moscompass models do (for me) the same job at a much more affordable price.
