The closing date for the Harrop Tarn Level B event (next Sunday, 14th July) has been extended to this Tuesday. Weather forecast looks good so get your entries in asap.
The landowner (United Utilities) insists that we can't park in our usual field, so have to bus in from Threlkeld. This is a consequence of the 5Day washout, when very heavy rain rendered the field unusable. Anyway, we have a regular bus service organised and the journey will be picturesque all the way!
The terrain and the map has been extended since the last time it was used, so it is a shame not to get a run on it.
Hopefully see a lot of you there!

Re: Harrop Tarn
Yep.... the final details are on the web http://www.wcoc.co.uk
Also, Entries will remain open till Friday. EOD is available but it would help no end if you could enter online before the event..... maps can be printed and you know there will be one for you, no registration needed on the day, and the cost is just the same..... just easier for all concerned.
The team has put a lot of effort into the event.... please come along and enjoy!

Re: Harrop Tarn
Got back from Harrop a couple of hours ago. Excellent courses, very physical with challenging navigation. Bussing no problem at all. Thanks to all involved from WCOC!
